INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cupvegetable oil
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
- Heat waffle iron.
- Beat eggs with hand beater in medium bowl until fluffy.
- Beat in remaining ingredients just untill smooth.
- Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron.
- Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops.
- Remove waffle carefully.
- place one waffle piece on plate place a scoop of ice cream on top then place one more waffle piece on top, then pour syrup on top.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Beat egg yolks and add one cup of the buttermilk.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add to the egg mixture.
- Add the other cup of buttermilk and the melted butter.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
- Bake on you waffle iron until golden brown.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 1 2/3 cups chocolate milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
- 2 eggs
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas (riper bananas have more flavor).
- Add remaining ingredients, mix with a wisk, fork, or electic beater.
- Pour onto hot waffle iron according to manufacturers instructions.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butteror margarine
DIRECTIONS
- Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
- Stir very well.
- Make a well in center.
- In separate bowl beat eggs until frothy.
- Stir in milk and butter.
- Pour into well.
- Beat only until smooth.
- Fill hot waffle iron according to it’s instructions.
- Bake until it stops steaming.
- Serve immediately with butter and syrup.
