Super Cream Waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. Beat eggs with hand beater in medium bowl until fluffy.
  3. Beat in remaining ingredients just untill smooth.
  4. Pour batter from cup or pitcher onto center of hot waffle iron.
  5. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops.
  6. Remove waffle carefully.
  7. place one waffle piece on plate place a scoop of ice cream on top then place one more waffle piece on top, then pour syrup on top.

Best Ever Buttermilk Waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat egg yolks and add one cup of the buttermilk.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and add to the egg mixture.
  3. Add the other cup of buttermilk and the melted butter.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
  5. Bake on you waffle iron until golden brown.

Chocolate, Banana, Peanut Butter Waffles (CBPBWaffles)

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 2/3 cups chocolate milk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas (riper bananas have more flavor).
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix with a wisk, fork, or electic beater.
  3. Pour onto hot waffle iron according to manufacturers instructions.

My Mothers Waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butteror margarine

DIRECTIONS

  1. Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
  2. Stir very well.
  3. Make a well in center.
  4. In separate bowl beat eggs until frothy.
  5. Stir in milk and butter.
  6. Pour into well.
  7. Beat only until smooth.
  8. Fill hot waffle iron according to it’s instructions.
  9. Bake until it stops steaming.
  10. Serve immediately with butter and syrup.
