INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- additional sugar, for coating hands
DIRECTIONS
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add salt.
- Gradually add flour, blending it in to make a stiff, smooth dough.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Form dough into 8 balls; place balls far apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Place some sugar on a saucer.
- Press palm of hand into sugar, then use palm to flatten each ball of dough to a 3-inch circle, 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake in a 350 degree F oven 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Leave on baking sheet 5 minutes, then loosen with spatula and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbssmoked pork chops
- 2 cups apple butter
- 2 teaspoons quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 teaspoonitalian seasoning
- 5 red apples
DIRECTIONS
- Combine apple butter, Italian seasoning and tapioca in crock pot.
- Peel and slice apples put in crock pot.
- Put pork chops on top of apples and spoon sauce over all.
- Cook on low 5-6 hrs or high 3-3 1/2 hours.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup butteror margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups reese’s peanut butter and milk chocolate chips , divided (11-oz.pkg.)
- 1/4 teaspoon shortening(do not use butter, margarine, spread or oil)
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 350°F Grease 15-1/2×10-1/2×1-inch jelly-roll pan.
- Stir together brown sugar, butter and granulated sugar in large bowl; beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour and salt, beating just until blended.
- Stir in 1-1/2 cups chips; spread batter in prepared pan.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean and surface is lightly browned.
- Cool completely; cut into bars.
- Place remaining 1/4 cup chips and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave at HIGH (100%) 30 seconds; stir.
- If necessary, microwave at HIGH an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
- Drizzle over bars.
- About 6 dozen bars.

INGREDIENTS
Base
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats(twenty minute type)
- 1/2 cup margarine(solid type or butter)
Filling
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cupchocolate syrup (Hershey’s)
- 1/2 cupsmooth peanut butter
- 1 (3ounce)package cream cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Base:.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, salt, oats, and butter well.
- Reserve out 1 cup for the top and set aside.
- Press remainder into a ungreased 9-inch square pan.
- Filling:.
- Combine all well until smooth.
- Spread evenly over the base.
- Sprinkle the reserved one cup of base mixture over top of filling.
- Bake 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Remove and cool then cut into squares.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butteror smooth peanut butter (Adams)
- 3 teaspoonsraspberry jam (Smuckers)
- 1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
- Microwave oatmeal and water on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds or until the oatmeal just starts to "bubble.".
- Stir.
- Add peanut butter and jam randomly on top of oatmeal; microwave again for 20-30 seconds, or until the peanut butter melts.
- Stir and enjoy.
