INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butteror margarine
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 1 (15 1/4ounce)can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (12ounce)can corned beef
- 1 (12ounce)packagerefrigerated buttermilk biscuits
DIRECTIONS
- Melt butter in a large saucepan, and cook onion at medium heat until tender; remove from heat.
- Stir in flour, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring well.
- Bring to a boil, and stir for two minutes, or until thickened and bubbly.
- Mix in the potatoes, corn and corned beef.
- Transfer to a greased 13″ x 9″ x 2″ casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
- Top with the biscuits, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1-1 1/4 lb thin sliced beef(bottom round)
DIRECTIONS
- Stir together 1st 7 ingredients in a large bowl with lid.
- Seperate beef slices and add to liquid mixture 1 piece at a time.
- Stir around to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, stiring a couple times.
- Follow manufactures instruction on how to dehydrate.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- rye cocktail bread
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat over to 425.
- In a frying pan, brown hamburger and sausage.
- Drain throughouly.
- Put meat back in pan.
- Add Velveeta cheese.
- Melt Cheese on Medium heat.
- Once cheese is melted, remove from heat.
- Place cocktail bread on cookie sheet.
- Add 1 tablespoon of meat and cheese mixture to each piece of bread.
- Place in oven for 10- 15 minutes until bread is cripsy.

INGREDIENTS
- 400 g lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- chili powder
- 4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Wet hands and mould mixture (either in flat circles for a pattie, or wrap the mixture around a skewer).
- Fan bake in pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes on 180C or until cooked.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 lbsround steaks , cut into cubes
- 2 (10 3/4ounce)cans campbell condensed golden mushroom soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup reserved beef broth
- 16 ouncesegg noodles
DIRECTIONS
- Boil beef cubes at slow boil for about 1 1/2 hours, until tender.
- Remove and save.
- Cook egg noodles according to directions.
- Reserve about 1/2 cup of the broth.
- Add broth, soup and sour cream in sauce pan.
- Heat until just boiling.
- Add beef cubes into the mixture.
- Heat through.
- Pour over egg noodles and serve.
