Corned Beef Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butteror margarine
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
  • 1 (15 1/4ounce)can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (12ounce)can corned beef
  • 1 (12ounce)packagerefrigerated buttermilk biscuits

DIRECTIONS

  1. Melt butter in a large saucepan, and cook onion at medium heat until tender; remove from heat.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  3. Gradually add the milk, stirring well.
  4. Bring to a boil, and stir for two minutes, or until thickened and bubbly.
  5. Mix in the potatoes, corn and corned beef.
  6. Transfer to a greased 13″ x 9″ x 2″ casserole dish.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 400F for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly.
  8. Top with the biscuits, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.

Beef Jerky

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1-1 1/4 lb thin sliced beef(bottom round)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stir together 1st 7 ingredients in a large bowl with lid.
  2. Seperate beef slices and add to liquid mixture 1 piece at a time.
  3. Stir around to coat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours, stiring a couple times.
  5. Follow manufactures instruction on how to dehydrate.
  6. ENJOY!

Easy Cheesy Beef Toasts

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • rye cocktail bread

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 425.
  2. In a frying pan, brown hamburger and sausage.
  3. Drain throughouly.
  4. Put meat back in pan.
  5. Add Velveeta cheese.
  6. Melt Cheese on Medium heat.
  7. Once cheese is melted, remove from heat.
  8. Place cocktail bread on cookie sheet.
  9. Add 1 tablespoon of meat and cheese mixture to each piece of bread.
  10. Place in oven for 10- 15 minutes until bread is cripsy.

Easy Beef Kofta

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground allspice
  • chili powder
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Wet hands and mould mixture (either in flat circles for a pattie, or wrap the mixture around a skewer).
  3. Fan bake in pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes on 180C or until cooked.

4 Ingredient Yummy Beef Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lbsround steaks , cut into cubes
  • 2 (10 3/4ounce)cans campbell condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup reserved beef broth
  • 16 ouncesegg noodles

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil beef cubes at slow boil for about 1 1/2 hours, until tender.
  2. Remove and save.
  3. Cook egg noodles according to directions.
  4. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the broth.
  5. Add broth, soup and sour cream in sauce pan.
  6. Heat until just boiling.
  7. Add beef cubes into the mixture.
  8. Heat through.
  9. Pour over egg noodles and serve.
