Pork Chops and Onions

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoonoil
- 6 pork chops
- 15 ounces tomato puree
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Fry the chops in oil and remove from the pan.
- Add onions and sauté 2-3 minutes.
- Add sugar, vinegar, tomatoes and spices.
- Add pork chops, cover with sauce and garnish with lemon slices.
- Leave to cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
