INGREDIENTS
- 15individual miniature phyllo cups, thawed
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked turkey
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Mix cream cheese, turkey, and onions.
- Fill thawed filo shells with 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture.
- Top with a small bit of cranberry sauce.
- To serve hot, place filled shells on baking sheet and warm 5-8 min at 350F; serve immediately.
- (You may wish to add cranberry after warming the shells/filling, so it doesn’t'melt.’).
