Mini Filo Cranberry Shells

INGREDIENTS

  • 15individual miniature phyllo cups, thawed
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked turkey
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix cream cheese, turkey, and onions.
  2. Fill thawed filo shells with 1 tsp of cream cheese mixture.
  3. Top with a small bit of cranberry sauce.
  4. To serve hot, place filled shells on baking sheet and warm 5-8 min at 350F; serve immediately.
  5. (You may wish to add cranberry after warming the shells/filling, so it doesn’t'melt.’).
