INGREDIENTS
- 6 large onions, sliced
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 tablespoon hot curry(opitional)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a large non-stick skillet, add olive oil and saute the onions, garlic, curry and hot curry (if using) until caramelized.
- Add 1/4 cup vegetable broth and salt, to taste; mix and cook an additional few minutes, until liquid evaporates.
- Serve and feel better!
