Carrot Cake - Dairy Free

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • salt, pinch
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients and mix very well.
  2. Pour into greased and floured 9 inch baking pan.
  3. Bake for 25- 30 minutes at 350.
