INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb beef liver
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (8ounce)can mushrooms
  • 1 packet beef bouillon(1 tsp)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook bacon.
  2. Cook liver and onions in bacon fat.
  3. Add mushrooms and bouillion.
  4. reduce heat and cover.
  5. Simmer 20 minutes Mix 3 tablespoons of water and flour.
  6. Add.
  7. Stir in sour cream and bacon.
  8. Serve.
