Strawberry Jello Pie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 10-inch baked pie shell , cooled or prepared graham cracker crustor vanilla wafer pie crust
  • 4 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (3ounce)package strawberry Jell-O gelatin dessert
  • 1 (3ounce)package vanilla pudding mix(the cooked kind)
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 6 tablespoons Cool Whip

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place strawberries in the pie shell.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Mix jello and pudding with water.
  4. Heat to a full boil, then remove from heat.
  5. Pour over berries and chill.
  6. Top with 1 T.
  7. Cool Whip, if desired.
