Tatertot Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 (10ounce)can campbell cream of mushroom soup or any any cream soup
  • 1/4 cupfrozen peas
  • 1/4 cup frozen carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 3 cups frozen frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Brown hamburger meat.
  2. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup, peas, carrots, and corn.
  4. Stir well on stove for 5 minutes.
  5. Place mixture in 8×8 glass baking dish.
  6. Spread the 3 cups of frozen tater tots evenly on top of mixture.
  7. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for thirty minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and spread cheddar cheese evenly over tater tots.
  9. Place back in over for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and serve.
